Wavestone, a major player in consulting in Europe and a specialist in business transformation, announces the promotion of four employees: Maximilien Bouilly, Thierry Debleds, Matthieu Garin and Chadi Hantouche.

Maximilien Bouilly – Manufacturing

A graduate of Supélec, Maximilien joined Wavestone in 2006 and has been supporting the firm's clients in their digital transformation programs for nearly 15 years. In 2010, Maximilien spent a year in London during the launch of Wavestone's UK operations. Since 2018, he has been particularly focused on the development of know-how around IoT technologies.

Maximilien has worked with clients in the transport, energy, industrial and service sectors. He joined the firm's Manufacturing practice at the beginning of 2020 to address the technological challenges of our industrial clients' transformations.

Thierry Debleds – Switzerland

Thierry Debleds, Senior Manager, has 20 years of consulting experience in IT strategies and transformations. He is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécoms in Paris.

Since 2000, Thierry has managed numerous projects for dozens of large international accounts. His work has included developing IT master plans and roadmaps for transforming IT infrastructures and organizations and for adopting new technologies, such as cloud computing. He has led several major IT transformation programs in a variety of contexts including mergers, cost reduction initiatives, and IS modernization programs.

After spending 15 years of his career in France, Thierry Debleds now works in Switzerland. Working in two markets has given him a comparative perspective in terms of IT challenges and strategies for adopting new technologies.

Matthieu Garin – Cybersecurity & Digital Trust

Matthieu Garin is a Senior Manager specialized in cybersecurity. He is a graduate of the Institut National des Télécommunications, and has been advising large companies on their cybersecurity strategies for over ten years.

Matthieu has spearheaded several major cybersecurity programs against a background of growing cybercrime and as companies have begun to embrace a wide variety of innovations (cloud computing, artificial intelligence, etc.). He is also frequently called on to lead crisis management units following cyberattacks or during company training exercises.

Matthieu makes regular media and press appearances (TF1, France 2, BFM, RTL, France 24, etc.), participates in conferences, and gives lectures at Higher Education Institutions (INSA, HEC, etc.).

Chadi Hantouche – Hong Kong

After completing a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications at Ensimag (France), Chadi Hantouche started his career at Wavestone in Paris.

After almost a decade within the Cybersecurity practice, he moved to Hong Kong in 2016 to launch Wavestone's activities in Asia.

His main area of expertise remains cybersecurity, and more generally digital transformation of multi-national companies.

He is a frequent media contributor, keynote speaker, and guest panelist at several conferences in Asia and Europe.
