As part of its international development, Wavestone announces the signing of a new, non-capital-holding partnership with Q_PERIOR, a fast-growing German consulting firm gathering over 1,100 professionals.
Founded in 2011 (from the merger of agens Consulting GmbH, paricon AG and ESPRiT Consulting AG), Q_PERIOR offers business & IT advisory services as well as system integration. The firm is a leader in its home market and has developed an international footprint covering also Austria, Switzerland, the UK, the US, Canada and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Q_PERIOR generated a revenue of €195m in 2018, an increase of 10%.
This partnership will allow both firms to better accompany their clients in France and Germany, share and strengthen their own capabilities, and to develop cross-border business opportunities in sectors such as Industry.
