Emerging at the beginning of 2010, intelligent voice assistants are taking an increasingly important place in our daily lives. Whether they are used via a smartphone or integrated in a connected speaker, these new digital tools transform user interaction and consumption patterns on the Internet.
This study presents an analysis of the business challenges, competitive strategies deployed and key success factors inherent in this new technology, which could potentially reshuffle the cards in the web economy.
