Act for equal treatment for all
As part of our CSR approach, we are committed to promoting equal opportunities and non-discrimination. Our corporate culture is nourished by individual characteristics, without distinction of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability or nationality. On a daily basis, we do everything we can to provide a welcoming work environment, where you can feel free to be yourself.
Disability
Our commitment to disability is reflected in three fields of action: recruitment, support and awareness.
- We proactively recruit (career fairs, disability recruitment events, headhunting, etc.) people with disabilities, whatever the nature of their disability and for all our jobs. Trained recruitment officers ensure that the process is adapted according to the needs of the candidates (job adjustments, discussion with the Disability Mission, etc.) and ensure that their arrival is prepared with the HR and management teams.
- The Wavestone Disability Mission, made up of three people including an expert from outside the firm, supports all employees with disabilities (illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, back problems, DYS disorders, etc.). It offers confidential listening, the implementation of workstation arrangements, specific measures for people with an officially recognized health condition (a French specificity) such as coaching services, and support with administrative procedures. It provides support to the HR and management teams throughout the employee journey, from integration to daily support, through training actions, awareness-raising, dialogue and listening.
- Disability awareness actions are organized throughout the year within Wavestone, such as a connected digital challenge with the StreetCo application, conferences with inspiring personalities such as Virginie Delalande or Michaël Jeremiasz, and round tables on subjects such as endometriosis at work / autism in the workplace. Externally, Wavestone aims to become a benchmark handi-accommodating consultancy and takes part in various initiatives to spread its commitment: participation in Inclusiv Day, a conference on the place of women with disabilities in companies, meetings as part of our partnership with the Inclusion Manifesto.
These actions were reinforced in 2023 by the signing of a 3-year Agreement (France scope), publicly committing Wavestone to deploying a recruitment and job retention plan for people with disabilities. Wavestone is thus committed to doubling its workforce of officially-recognized disabled people by 2025.

Gender Equality
We promote professional equality between men and women in several ways.
- We carry out in-depth analyses (qualitative and quantitative) of the gender breakdown within the different entities of the firm. On this basis, we are leading actions to advance the representation of women in management (career support, parenthood, dissemination of good practices, training, awareness of management, etc.).
- An e-learning dedicated to ordinary sexism is mandatory for all our employees
- A training module for management is dedicated to the subject of inclusive management.
- Our “Voices@Wavestone” events promote discussion on equality, on all kind of diversities including gender.
- We provide support for parents.
- We are committed to our partners for the promotion of gender equality and diversity, such as #StOpE au sexisme ordinaire, The AFMD and Femmes@Numerique.
LGBT+ Community
Since September 27, 2019 and at the initiative of the “Wavestone For All” employees’ network, Wavestone has been a signatory of the LGBT+ charter of the association “L’Autre Cercle”, demonstrating our commitment to ensuring the inclusion of LGBT+ people. In this context, we carried out an Ifop barometer with French teams, in order to measure the perception of the inclusion of LGBT+ people at Wavestone and to guide our actions.
Wavestone For All, our diversity and inclusion network
Created through an employee initiative, Wavestone For All is an independent network that promotes diversity and inclusion within Wavestone. It identifies and implements solutions in response to situations experienced by teams, at Wavestone and with our clients. The network’s projects focus on raising awareness of diversity and inclusion (gender diversity, LGBT+, etc.) and anti-racism.
Wavestone For All is an international network, with working groups active in France, the UK and the US.
