Our Responsible Consulting Approach
As part of its CSR strategy, Wavestone has set itself the objective of supporting its clients towards a sustainable performance.
An emissions reduction trajectory aligned with the Net-Zero Standard SBTi
Wavestone has set short and long-term greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets, in line with the Net-Zero Standard of the Science Based Targets (SBTi) initiative, which enables companies to define a reduction trajectory consistent with limiting global warming to 1.5°C (Paris Agreement target).
Wavestone is thus committed to reducing its absolute GHG emissions in relation to the 2019 reference year:
– By 29% on scopes* 1 & 2 by fiscal 2026, and by 40% per employee for scope 3
– By 90% on scopes 1 & 2 by fiscal 2049, and by 97% per employee for scope 3
*Scope 1: gas heating, gas leaks. Scope 2: electricity, heating/cooling network. Scope 3: business travel (air, train, etc.), commuting, purchases of goods and services (hotels, catering, etc.), digital equipment and usage, fixed assets, and waste.
Skills sponsorship, a strong social commitment for Wavestone
Hélène Cambournac, CSR Manager, discusses Wavestone’s social commitments, particularly in terms of skills sponsorship.
Powerday, Wavestone's global solidarity day
Every year, Wavestone organizes its annual solidarity day, the Powerday. Each year, all employees are invited to participate in a community project for a day. Based on the principle of volunteering, employees can provide support to the association of their choice, as part of a field action or skills sponsorship.

Business Ethics
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach, Wavestone is committed to being a trusted partner by maintaining a transparent, responsible and sincere relationship with its customers, employees and suppliers.
Wavestone commits to combat day-to-day sexism in the workplace
Wavestone joined the #StOpE initiative, which aims to stop day-to-day sexism in companies by sharing and promoting best practices on the subject. The firm is joining forces with 150 other organizations that have signed up to the initiative, thereby confirming its commitment to equal treatment and diversity for all its candidates and employees.
As of March 1, 2024, in accordance with the French law “for the freedom to choose one’s professional future” introduced on September 5, 2018, Wavestone announces an overall score of 87/100 on the Gender Equality Index for Wavestone social and economic unit. This law aims, in particular, to eliminate the gender pay gap in France.
