- Structure an innovative and collaborative approach: implement work processes and methods based on agility and design thinking, creativity and ideation;
- Set up and manage the Smart Lab: define selection criteria, carry out in-house and external interviews and monitor incubator projects;
- Proof of Concept and testing: in-the-field testing before roll-out.
