In a rapidly moving context (GDPR, increase in cyber-attacks, etc.), Wavestone’s “Cybersecurity and Digital Trust” teams analysed the cybersecurity maturity levels of companies in major stock markets. In this study, the firm analysed the financial communications (annual reports, forms 10-K, forms 20-F, etc.) of 260 companies, published by June 1st 2019.
Regulated financial communications are an opportunity for companies to transparently communicate to their investors on the level of cyber risk they are exposed to and enhance the value of their investments in terms of cyber risks coverage. However, not all companies are seizing this opportunity!
Discover the results of this unique study, which analyses the level of maturity reported from the following perspective: executive committee involvement, cybersecurity investments, GDPR, governance, risks, etc.
In addition to this global cross-analysis, each Wavestone office conducted a detailed study to shed light on local practices. The detailed reports make it possible to go further in the analysis made on each topic.
