Innovation in cybersecurity is essential given the speed of threat evolution. There is a real need to constantly improve and reinvent our methods of defense. Israel plays a decisive role in this innovation, most notably because of the creation of its integrated ecosystem almost 10 years ago. France, of course, is not to be overlooked, with a dynamic ecosystem and an ability to provide new technological solutions. Understanding the models and tracking the innovations created by these two countries is a key factor in staying at the forefront of cybersecurity.
Cyber Innovation Watch, a France/Israel watch letter
Shushane & Co and Wavestone therefore decided to join efforts to release a France/Israel watch letter. It will be accessible through subscription and will be published 3 times per year. The letter will consist of explanations of the various ecosystems, the start-ups to follow, and will include interviews with emblematic figures of cybersecurity. To subscribe or for questions, you can contact Wavestone via the following link: CyberInnovationWatch@wavestone.com.
You can find the first edition of the watch letter below:
This edition focuses on the cyber security risk threatening all businesses due to negligence or an intentional attack from within the company. This is referred to as an internal attack. Today, companies are increasingly vulnerable and confronted by this, and the statistics prove it: internal attacks are on the rise and their financial impact increasingly important. It is imperative for CISOs to put concrete measures in place in order to mitigate this threat. This newsletter presents key figures, concrete recommendations, a variety of international startups (Cytalid, Incyber, Azguard, NsKnox, Embedded Solutions, Watoo, Reach Five, Kindite, Sqreen, Segasec) and interviews with Jean-Claude Laroche (CIO of Edenis and president of the cyber circle of Cigref) and Professor Isaac Ben-Israël (considered the father of Israeli cybersecurity).
